The hard part is staying current and staying accountable when the market keeps moving and you're doing this largely on your own. An agent's priorities in October aren't what they were in April, and there's nobody to tell you that until you've lost a term to it.
Aster Advantage is where you find out what's true this month.
Not a guest speaker, and not a panel. Someone actively placing students with tutors right now, answering your actual questions.
I also go to the big agent conferences. Two days at one of those costs a tutor five or six thousand pounds, which is why most tutors never go. I go, and I bring back what I learn. At the September conference I'll be in a room with several hundred agents.

Inside Advantage my focus moves from foundations to the bigger decisions: what to charge and how to build the rate up over time, which work to take and which to turn down, and how to operate at this level with people who understand the context you're working in.

Yaya runs her own sessions each month on the Chinese education world: what's shifting, what agents are prioritising, what families are asking for. She's inside that market, which is the only way to know any of it.
Five core elements, every month built around your real situations and the current state of the market.

Aster Advantage opens with a structured six-month arc: a deliberate sequence that builds on everything you have already done and moves you further than you can move alone.
An honest audit, not motivational, not generic. What is working, what is not, and what the current market data says about where the real gaps are. Yaya opens with live intelligence on what Chinese agents are prioritising right now.
Not how to approach agents. How to become the tutor agents call first. What loyalty looks like in this ecosystem, how trust compounds, and what behaviours protect or damage a reputation in the Chinese market.
Real conversations, real scenarios. How members are currently handling rate discussions, what the market will actually bear right now, and where tutors at this level are still leaving money behind.
What has shifted in the Chinese market this quarter. What agents are placing, what families are asking for, where the opportunity is moving. Members bring their live situations and test them against current intelligence from Yaya.
How tutors who last in this market operate differently. What builds a reputation that generates inbound agent referrals. The long game, grounded in what is actually working right now, not theory.
A genuine milestone. Members review what has moved, identify what remains, and make an informed choice about ongoing membership with Sarah, Yaya, and live agent intelligence to back it up.

Teaching you how the market works is one thing. Getting in front of it is another, so this group gets both.
I'll introduce members to agents I rate. Yaya and I will put members in front of Chinese parents through our own Little Red Book account, which we run and pay for, because Little Red Book is close to impossible for a non-Chinese tutor to work alone.
What I won't do is promise you a number of leads or vouch for your teaching to an agent. That's yours to earn. What I can give you is the access and the support to go and earn it.
Fifteen places, because a group this size can actually talk to each other.
